Spring has sprung and we've begun to cast off the oodles of layers, scarves and pom pom hats. Although there's still a definite freshness in the air, the wardrobe is in rotation and Spring styling is truly underway. With the change of the seasons, I like to lighten up the colours and go for soft, pastel shades, and clean, crisp statement pieces which have a timelessness about them. I have always been partial to a clean pair of sparkling white denim jeans, bonus points if they are also synched in with a high waist. As we all know, Topshop is the home of jeans and I adore the Joni style, as they are figure hugging and maintain their shape well.
For the Spring coat I am sporting (as the North is too chilly to be wearing anything less at present!), I have selected a real statement piece in this soft, cotton candy faux fur jacket. A style, colour, fit and fabric that I love, it has absolutely ticked each and every box for me! Plus, it is very luxurious and feels divine! Win win! Paired with these pointed white sling-back heels and some delicate rose gold jewellery, it's minimalist chic with a dreamy refined colour pallet and it fulfils my Spring fashion musts!
