A Summer's Day Afternoon Tea Party at Home with Cuppanut

Hello my lovelies and a very warm welcome to today's blog feature. With summer well and truly underway, most of us will be reminiscing summer holidays of past years and our far away adventures abroad. But with travel currently postponed, it's the perfect opportunity to look at some wonderful summer celebrations which we can throw whilst at home. I personally adore afternoon tea and all of the fun of a 'tea-fuelled' afternoon in the sunshine. Bonus points for a great cake and scone selection! So with this in mind, I wanted to show you how you too can throw the ultimate afternoon tea party whilst at home this summer, to really channel those relaxing summer afternoon vibes well and truly!

Now when it comes to afternoon tea, you may be use to the traditional cup of everyday tea as your go-to beverage, but today's feature is in collaboration with artisan, caffeine-free, totally natural infusions company Cuppanut, who are the creators of wonderful hot coconut 'tea-style' blends that are as unique as they are delicious!...

A Bit About Cuppanut
Coconut is today considered a superfood, as its health benefits are renowned across the health, lifestyle and beauty industry respectively. A completely unique concept, delicious, tropical and good for you, their coconut infusions are a true revelation for tea lovers! They come in 3 delicious flavours. You can choose from: Coconut, Coconut, Ginger and Turmeric and Coconut and Cranberry.

Cuppanut was created and founded by Pop Star Gareth Gates whose vision was to create 'Coconut Tea' without the Tea! No caffeine, no nasty hidden ingredients, just pure, raw coconut goodness in a warm cup. A health-focused, innovative and clean living brand are just a few ways to describe the Cuppanut ethos.

They are also environmentally conscious as their teabags are bio-degradable. Incredibly delicious and a product from a company with a heart, win win!

The Good Stuff's Inside
I have always loved coconut and its health and beauty benefits are ten-fold. My blog name reflects this as coconut itself as a natural, nutrient-rich ingredient, really does do it all! It's skin-nourishing, healthy, tastes incredible and it has a wonderful tropical aroma that really does remind me of summer! These are some specific properties and health benefits that coconut delivers:

The Health Boosting Properties Which Coconut Holds
Lauric Acid
Magnesium
Potassium
Vitamin C
Iron
Fatty Acids
Selenium

Turmeric and Ginger are also fantastic in tea and have a whole host of good, health supporting properties, from being anti-inflammatory and also high in antioxidants which makes them good for detoxing the skin. Great for a glowing complexion! Try out the Cuppanut Coconut, Ginger and Turmeric infusion (shoppable here) and see for yourself!

I love how the Cuppanut logo looks like a coconut half with a china tea cup handle attached to it. When you enjoy a cup of the coconut infusion, it really does taste like you're drinking straight from a coconut but it's hot, soothing for the mind, body and soul and a real comfort, just like a great cup of tea should be!

Coconut Tea is served! I've featured Cuppanut's Coconut and Coconut, Ginger and Turmeric infusions for this afternoon tea party! Cheers!

Afternoon tea = A wonderful way to spend the afternoon
