Building My Dream Pallet & New Makeup from Tropic Skincare

Hello and welcome to a shiny new beauty blog feature! Today I'm sharing an amazing pallet which I was kindly sent recently as well as some stunning lipsticks, gloss, brushes (I absolutely love adding brushes to my makeup collection!) and all new liquid foundation and powder too all of which are from one of my favourite skincare and beauty brands, Tropic Skincare!

You will already know how much I adore Tropic Skincare if you've been reading Coconut Couture for a while now, so I'll jump right in and tell you that they've recently launched their own pallets which are refillable so kind to the environment and also customisable which I think is exciting! I was able to design my very own dream pallet and I'm going to show it to you in this feature! Ideal for travelling abroad when your beauty bag has to be capsule sized, mine contains my makeup must haves including bronzer, highlighter, three beautiful brown and neutral toned eye shadows (two shimmers and one matte shade) and a brow powder to keep those eyebrows looking 'on fleek'!

Each part of the palette is individually packaged and you can assemble it yourself.

I'm going to list each shade of eye shadow, highlighter etc as if you're going to build your own and love the look of mine, this should be some help! (There are so many different items to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice!) I opted for the 'Eyes on You' eye shadow in the shade Marula, Copper, Cupuacu and the Brow Boss Defining Powder in Cedar. I always think that a powder really helps to create that 'fluffy' and voluminous brow look too so this was a pallet must for me.

In the two bigger pans, I then also went for Way To Glow Press Highlighter in 'Afterglow' and the Jet Set Pressed Bronzer in 'Bali Bronze'. In the summer a bronzer is a make-up must for me, my makeup just wouldn't be complete without it! This is such a delightful warm toned bronzer too that just compliments the skin so effortlessly. Tip: It's a beautiful contour shade too. What I love about this pallet is that not only does it allow you to build your own dream pallet with a range of different beauty essentials and hold them all together neatly in one place, it's also refillable and this is such a positive environmental step that really shows this is a company with a heart, and I love that.

There are also some amazing vegan brushes on the Tropic Skincare website which are so soft and are a must buy when using the pallet.

I was also sent a couple of beautiful makeup brushes too. Their Eco Artist brushes are all vegan which is a must for me. The Precision Face Brush is so versatile. You can use the dual-ended brush to blend contour, sweep over highlighter, and the domed end is great for blending cream contour, liquid foundation and even powder products into the skin for a flawless finish.

The 3in1 Eye Brush is also a dream for capsule makeup bag packing for the summer, as its design is so innovative. This triple-ended multi-tasker is a brow game changer. The Spoolie side is great for taming brows and brushing them into submission. The angled brush is perfect for defining brow shape or lining the eyes with a shadow or gel liner. (With shadow, this creates a beautiful smoky look that is so sultry and sophisticated) and the soft side is ideal for buffing and blending our product. A dream!

Tropic have been launching so many fabulous products as of late and with summer in full swing, their Beauty Booster Sheer Foundation is a beautiful way to add subtle coverage whilst still allowing the skin the breathe. Unlike most makeup, it also happens to be packed with antioxidants and vitamin E, protects the skin from pollution and UVA/UVB and HEV light damage too. Is there anything that this makeup can't do?! Also, as it's summer, I've opted for the shade 'Warm Beige' as I love a warm undertone to my foundation, plus if you like to match your face to your body / use fake tan / got a body tan but kept your face out of the sun on holiday and are quite naturally fair, then this is the shade for you!

I also opted for 'Warm Beige' in the Mineral Foundation. With SPF 25 in the formula, your skin is protected from the sun's rays. Even on those cloudy days, sun damage can occur as UVA / UVB rays are still present. To apply this, a Kabuki brush works best for light, even distribution of the product. Simply press the Kabuki brush into the mesh before swirling it into the mesh to remove excess powder. Then simply brush over the face in gentle, circular motions.

The Tropic Kabuki Brush is a beauty staple and it's so mini that again, it's a travel must! It's 100% coming with me on my next holiday! The vegan fibres are super soft and the body of the brush is made of wood which is environmentally more sustainable.

Sealed With A Loving Kiss: New Lip Products by Tropic Skincare
I adore a good lip product. Lipstick or gloss pulls together any look and makes it look well put together. I was kindly sent the shades 'Fresh Fig' and 'Lush Lychee' in the Kiss Me Quick lipsticks.

Both of these shades called my name when I was looking at them online, as they're both perfect neutral colours. I love the boujie packaging and Lush Lychee may have become my new handbag lipstick already....

If you're feeling a glossy moment, then let me introduce you to the Tropic Lip Glaze's specifically the colour 'Candy Pop'. This plumping and hydrating glaze is enriched with a tropical cocktail of nourishing fruit extracts and plant polymers to leave your lips not only looking good, but feeling soft and nourished. Win win! Shop Candy Pop online
