Toe TLC: Foot Sanctuary from 'Botanicals'

During the summer I personally love to ditch the trainers and go 'full flip flop' or sandals until the sun has gone for the year. It makes it feel like the holidays have continued don't you think? To prep feet for the summer, they can need some all important TLC. I have been trying some of Botanicals' Mint and Tea Tree Foot Soak and Rescue Balm, a power couple of products which truly get skin looking and feeling summer ready. The Foot Soak is a therapeutic mixture of Himalayan rock crystals which contain 84 essential minerals, as well as Dead Sea salt which is renowned for its powerful healing properties. As with any holistic pedicure, soaking the feet is a unmissable step and it's known for gently releasing the tension from the whole body and aiding deep relaxation, vital if we want to stay healthy. Simply sprinkling one or two teaspoons of the mix into warm water and dissolving is enough to revitalise the skin and provide all round foot heaven!

The Foot Rescue Balm is a fantastic follow on product and compliments the Foot Soak perfectly, soothing and softening skin. All of Botanicals' products are made in the heart of rural England and the balm is also made in line with the Organic Soil Association's standards and regulations, meaning it's kind to the earth and the natural environment, so that's a win win in my opinion! It is made entirely from plant derived ingredients and is the ideal thing for over worked feet. Made with organic Shea butter, cold-pressed organic oils, essential oils (including apricot kernel, spearmint and jojoba) as well as natural vitamin E. It's best applied before bed for maximum absorption or at any time you need some toe TLC!
