'Lavera' Self-Care Beauty Essentials SS23

Self-Care is so important and needs to be prioritised or diarised so that you absolutely ensure you give yourself that all important 'me time' in whichever form that most suits you. Lavera is an all-natural  skincare and beauty brand whom I have adored for years and these products which I have been most recently loving are oh so perfect for a self-care evening and your general beauty routines, if you adore all things beauty and skincare. From skin supporting skincare to makeup which leaves you looking flawless, Lavera is such a diverse, effective and simultaneously holistic beauty brand, and that's why I love them and their products.

Beauty Must Haves

I always think that to have the perfect skin base, may that be pre-makeup or tan, is the most important thing for your additional beauty practices to turn out tip top. The Lavera body lotion range is vast and I have been loving their 'Delicate' and 'Express' lotions recently, both of which contain organic natural ingredients. The 'Delicate' lotion contains organic rose and Shea butter and the 'Express' lotion which guarantees a hydration hit as soon as it's applied contains organic Aloe Vera and jojoba oil. Both are certified vegan too.

The 'Express' lotion absorbs extra fast and keeps kin hydrated for up to 24hours. Organic Aloe Vera is known for its skin moisturising effects and contains many wonderful active ingredients. Organic jojoba oil is also prized for absorbing into the skin speedily and prevents moisture loss too. I use jojoba oil as a carrier oil too and it's one of my favourite oils for skin and haircare.

The 'Delicate' body lotion by Lavera is infused with organic wild rose which is known for its high content of vitamin C. It's strengthening effects are wonderful for the skin and help to leave it feeling soft and smooth.

Organic Shea butter also also contains valuable vitamins like vitamin E, which helps to intensely nourish dry skin.

Part of my own skincare routine always involves hand cream before I go to sleep. Hands are so hardworking and the skin on them is often the first to show signs of dryness, so adding a hydrating cream at least once a day is vital. The Good Night 2-in-1 cream and mask contains organic grape and Shea butter making it deeply hydrating and skin feels the benefits immediately after application. New Make-Up Favourites SS23

I am always excited to try out new makeup products and the Lavera makeup range has so many wonderful beauty bag essentials in it that you have got to try out, as they are kind to the skin and gentle on delicate areas like the eyes.

The Endless Lashes Mascara by Lavera such a dream. Infused with plant keratin, it nourish the lashes whilst also volumising them for that glamourous boost. It's also silicone free and also does not have any mineral oil or microplastics in it.

If you've seen any of my 'What's In My Bag' videos, you'll know that I always have a lip product in there and the lip products from Lavera really will make you feel spoilt for choice.
