Frosted Lemon, Lime & Elderflower Cocktail with Silent Pool Distillers Gin

Christmas is the time of a festive tipple or two. If you have been reading Coconut Couture over the past few weeks, then you'll already have seen the numerous gift guides, cocktail posts and inspo-features that I have been writing to help inspire your gift choices this festive season. This post today is in collaboration with the wonderful Silent Pool Distillers and I have been mixing up a cocktail using their bespoke artisan gin! A distillery set up by a group of friends whom all share a passion of gin and distilling, this is a brand with heart, soul and a love for what they do.

I was sent Silent Pool's Intricately Realised Gin and oh wow, this is a spirit that any gin lover is going to want in their liquor cabinet.

Their for The Spirited gin is handcrafted English gin and has a refreshingly English character and charm to it. With 24 botanicals included in the mix, this intricate juniper berry-led blend is zesty, refreshing, complex, smooth and oh so refined too.

Today's cocktail is a zesty, flavourful wonder, inspired by the already aromatic and fruity nature of this spirit. To mix your own Frosted Lemon, Lime & Elderflower Cocktail, just follow these steps:

To Make The Frosted Lemon, Lime & Elderflower Cocktail 1 x shot of Silent Pool Distillers' gin - shop here Slices of zesty lime Fresh lemon slices Sugar  to adorn the edge of the glass Elderflower Fizzy Tonic to mix Ice
How To Mix: 1. Add sugar to edge of glass.
2. Add ice followed by slices of citrus fruits.
3. Add 1 x shot of Silent Pool Distillers' gin.
4. Top up with Elderflower tonic water for a light and refreshing cocktail. The work of but a moment, yet totally satisfying and classically refreshing. Cocktail perfection.
