All Natural Beauty Treasures from 'Pink & Green Skincare'

Today's beauty post is on Pink and Green Skincare, an all-natural brand which doesn't ever test on animals and that creates products which harmonise the body and mind with the careful blends of essential oils which they use. The brand is inspired by nature, the countryside and the wonders of natural essential oils. Carol Aplin the brand's founder worked for many years as a holistic therapist and turned her skills to creating her natural skincare range, which has self-care at its heart and it is a real sensation. These are some of the products which I have been trying out...

Made from natural clay, the face and body mask is a guaranteed way to deeply cleanse the skin, as clay naturally draws out impurities and expels them from the skin. Clay is rich in minerals and it also helps to tone the skin's appearance. Made with cacao, which has anti-inflammatory properties, as well as rose powder which has powerful aromatherapy benefits as it eases the mind and is very relaxing, as well as really detoxifying. Rose geranium essential oil is added not only for its wonderful scent, it is also highly balancing and great for treating a multitude of different skin conditions. You simply mix a teaspoon full of the powder with some water and use it fresh as a mask until just before it is dry or you can also use it as a cleanser and wash off straight away if you're in need of some quick TLC. A real treat for the skin.

The Neroli and Frankincense Body Butter is a hydrating dream. The whipped body butter is a luxurious blend of shea, cocoa and coconut butters, infused with a rich blend of orange flower (neroli) and frankincense essential oils. The butter melts in to your skin, feeling silky-smooth and deeply nourished. What's not to love? You can shop the body butter here.

The Calm and Tranquillity body oil is a wonderful way to relax post-bath. It is made from an exquisite blend of Vanilla, Lavender, Patchouli, Sweet Orange and Ylang Ylang combined with Coconut, Jojoba and Camellia seed to nourish the skin and calm the mind after a hectic day. So many of us rush through our week without actually allowing ourselves a moment to take stock and actually relax, so using products with natural, essential oils is a fabulous, holistic way to do exactly that, and the wonderful thing is it works straight away.

The peaceful aromas of Lavender Fields and base notes of Patchouli, Vanilla and Ylang Ylang have been known to work holistic wonders for centuries and are tried and tested aromatherapy staples. You can check it out online here.
