Healthy & Delicious Yoghurt, Honey & Super Berry Granola

Today I am sharing with you one of my favourite spring / summer snacks to whip up when I want something delicious but also healthy and nutritious. It can be all too easy to let your good intentions start slipping when the hunger monster strikes, so this super quick and super delicious snack recipe does just the trick so you won't be left 'hangry' for long!

Ingredients
Greek Yoghurt
Strawberries (or any other seasonal soft fruits which you would like)
Honey
Seeded Granola with dried fruits for added 'yum' factor!

Kit
A bowl
A spoon

How To
1. Start by adding in some yoghurt to the bowl and then layer it with the fruit.

2. You can also add in some granola between the layers if you like plenty crunch!

3. Top with more fruit, granola and a final drizzle of honey and there you have it, a truly healthy and delicious snack! (I told you it was fast to rustle up!)

Some summer berries and fruits are so easy to grow in your own back garden. We had a strawberry patch in my garden for years and it always gave us loads of fresh fruit that was one of those simple summer joys that you just can't beat! Suttons are here to help anyone who fancies trying their hand with a bit of gardening this spring and summer to grow your own vegetables. Not only is gardening a healthy and mindful hobby (which also just happens to help you get a gorgeous glowing tan in the summer!) it is also a great way of cutting down your household expenses and getting maximum nutrition from your fruit and vegetables as home grown means that they really are fresh and full of those all important vitamins and skin supporting minerals for a glowing and oh so radiant complexion. Plus, then whenever you fancy a quick energy shot like this, you will always have some fresh fruit at the ready! Win win!

What are some of your favourite go to healthy snacks? Let me know! Bilgi  x
